Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your BarelyGym gear. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items that have been used (for example, acupressure mats) can only be returned if they are defective or damaged.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item — in those cases, we'll cover it. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required in most cases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it will need to be handled as a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to contact us about the item you have; once the return or issue is confirmed, we'll ship the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
